How to Reserve a Unit
For LOCAL CLIENTS
1. Contact us directly (O917 -3939-227)2. Choose unit preferrence (at least (3) units for condominium as an option in case preferred unit is no longer available) and request for project payment option computation
3. Submit initial requirements (2 Valid Government issued ID's with signature)
4. Pay Reservation Fee ( We accept Checks, Credit Cards)
For CLIENTS ABROAD
1. Contact us thru email, messenger, viber (click here) and we will respond the soonest possible time.
2. Reservation Forms will be sent to your email, kindly fill up the forms, Scan and send us the scanned copy.
3. Email us the scanned copy of your (2) Valid Government Issued ID's with Signature.
4. Wire Transfer the Reservation Fee directly to the Developer's accredited bank ( we will send you their account number & branches where you will deposit the reservation fee.
Kindly keep the Proof of Payment and send us a scanned copy of the receipt for reference.
